I use many types of treatment. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) being my specialty. It involves changing thoughts to be more positive to then learn how to better deal with problems.

I work with clients who are interested in tackling big feelings and experiences. Mostly using CBT, but also use play therapy, art therapy, music therapy, mindfulness, behavior therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, strengths-based therapy and more.
