I specialize in work with adult women, and the LGBTQ+ community. I have the most significant experience with ADHD, Anxiety, trauma, and work with Veterans and military kids/teens.

I want to be an extra pillar of support for those that need one, as I know firsthand that it can make a world of difference.

I practice privately, which allows me the freedom to tailor my interventions in a way that is most helpful to my clients as individuals.
