My approach is holistic in nature, non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate. I walk along side you as we explore your thoughts and feelings, to help better understand yourself, and find ways to create healthy alternatives as you move forward.

We will take inventory of each aspect of your life and explore in which areas you want to see a change in order to create the life you want. We will process past pain, address present problems, and shift the patterns that are no longer serving you.

I specialize in working with people who:

I am currently only working with adults. I offer support for difficult transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflict.

I became a therapist because I believe in hope and wholeness and that this journey should never be walked alone.
