I’m a psychotherapist with a current clinical focus on working with survivors of trauma, sex abuse & violence. I'm also passionate about helping people from all walks of life survive & thrive with issues like anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD & OCD.

Have experienced sex abuse, racial violence, family dysfunction or childhood traumas, as well as those who struggle with anxiety-based disorders such as OCD, ADHD, insomnia, agoraphobia and panic.

I wanted to better understand myself & work in a profession helping other to improve themselves, while also learning to love themselves as they are.

My mother was one of they wisest, kindest people I know. I do sessions sitting in her favorite chair.

I understand the many challenges we all sometimes face while simultaneously feeling alone and trying to draw upon the various support systems we have. I hope to help people find the strength to keep moving forward, even when it seems too hard.
