I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with people who are looking to process trauma, navigating depression or anxiety, struggling with pre/postnatal depression or anxiety, and are healing from domestic or narcissistic abuse.

I became a therapist because:

I love empowering my clients to live their best and authentic selves and to conquer the obstacles that brought them to counseling.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

For in person clients, we are located in downtown Brighton. It's a great area to easily grab tea or coffee before stopping in for your session.

More about me and my practice:

I'm a mom myself, and I completely get the obstacles related to trying to get help for yourself while having littles. If it's most comfortable to have your baby with you during session you are more than welcome to bring them along!
