I bring my authentic self to our sessions. That means my compassion, my dedication, my personal and professional experience, my personality.
Something to know about my approach is:
My personal approach is to meet you where you are. You’re the expert on yourself. I simply use evidenced-based practices and my experience to help guide you in discovering what treatment goals you have for yourself, and how to accomplish them.
Together, we will:
Discover how biology, socialization, coping strategies, thought patterns are helping, and also how they’re interfering.
I specialize in working with people who:
You lie awake at night analyzing every choice you’ve ever made. You're distracted, irritable, tired. You feel lonely surrounded by people, overwhelmed with life, and lost. You don’t feel good enough.
I became a therapist because:
I felt lost as a teenager and struggled with a lot of things. I learned things the hard way, and wanted to give back after I found my way through.
