My approach isn't to tell you what to do—it's to help you better understand yourself, build practical tools, and work alongside you as you create the life you want. Therapy isn't about having all the answers—it's about creating the space to better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and move forward with confidence.

My client's would describe me as approachable, understanding, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy can be a space where you can work on difficult things while also having a bit of laughter and lightheartedness.

Struggle with anxiety, mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorders), trauma/PTSD, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I also work to assist client's navigating relationship issues (including polyamory, ENM, infidelity), stress management, and body image (self-esteem, obesity, and weight loss).

I chose a career in therapy because a therapist changed my life. That experience shaped the way I approach my work today. I know firsthand how meaningful it can be to have someone who truly listens, offers support without judgment, and helps you see a path forward when things feel overwhelming.
