Something to know about my approach is that I work in a trauma informed, relational, and client led way. I follow what’s actually happening in your life and in your nervous system, and we build clarity from there. I pull from parts work, somatic awareness, relational patterns, and the deeper stuff that’s usually underneath the symptoms. I'm also funny.

Together we’ll slow things down enough to hear what’s really happening. We’ll get curious about your patterns, reconnect you to your body, and build new skills and insight that connect you to the best version of yourself. Our work will focus on education, regulation, and practical shifts and tools you can actually practice to improve your life.

My clients describe me as intuitive and authentic. I’m kind and honest, and I help people heal and take control of their lives. People often tell me they feel understood and more connected to who they are and what they need. Clients are often surprised when we review their goals and realize they've not only met them, but surpassed them.
