explore your life experiences, process your grief, loss, and/or pain points, and find healing in your life. I will support you in your healing journey by providing a safe space for you to feel validated, seen, and heard.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced a loss of any kind, are grieving, or experiencing trauma. I also specialize in maternal mental health and aim to support mothers in all chapters of motherhood. I have a passion to help heal and support as many people as I can.

I became a therapist because:

I aspire to change the world by being a warm, compassionate, and safe space for individuals to explore their trauma, losses, and pain points.
