I work with people who struggle to find meaning in their lives. Who cannot define happiness or are not certain if they have ever felt happy. My practice is eclectic. I utilize EMDR, mindfulness, and cognitive behavior therapy.

I had to create my own healing path after being born and raised in a conservative culture that did not understand or believe in mental health/healing.
