I make sure to tailor to my clients' needs for each session. I move at YOUR pace, and I will only challenge if it will benefit your treatment. I use a person-centered, humanistic approach to my practice!

Work on anything and everything that you feel you need in your time of uncertainty and struggle. We can work on the basics of self-confidence, managing symptoms, and I will hold you accountable to what you want to change about yourself!

I have a passion for Social Justice and offering accessible mental health care for all backgrounds

My professional interests include: working with the LGBTQIA+ community to become a better ally, studying Spanish to become a bilingual clinician in the future, and providing resources for children, teens, and adults who need that extra motivation.
