Experience emotional dysregulation and overwhelming thoughts. Those who experience internal conflict and frustration, and often feel pulled in many directions. Those with a desire to get away from things happening inside or outside of themselves.

Having been trained at the Veterans Hospital’s MHC, I have developed a trans-diagnostic approach to treating mental health. I believe that beneath your suffering is an internal system that needs nurture, adjusting, and unity to restore balance.
