My approach is holistic, warm and grounded. I do not believe that therapy needs to feel cold or clinical. Healing begins with sharing your story, and every story is different. Therefore, my approach will be tailored to you and we will work at your pace.

Together we will do the real work—sometimes with laughter, sometimes with deeper reflection—and figure out what you need to feel lighter and more grounded.

I’ve been told by clients and fellow clinicians that I have a grounded, approachable presence that makes it easy to open up. People often say I strike a good balance of using humor and realness while also being able to slow down, hold space for hard emotions, and offer thoughtful challenge when needed.
