Accepting new high achieving, Couples and Individuals struggling with relationships, stress, anxiety, self doubt or not feeling “good enough” for In Person and Telehealth sessions!

I became a therapist because:

I grew up with complex trauma and I am passionate about helping clients create a healthier relationship with themselves and those they love.
