I specialize in working with people who:

Have Complex-PTSD and are struggling with pain that had been unprocessed and is causing them distress in their mood or in their relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I grew up with Complex PTSD and understand the impact that trauma can have on families. I am grateful to hold space for people as they heal.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

We have a great space by the River so we have the option of doing sessions outside or on mindful walks, and we always have coffee, cookies available.
