Due to my background and training in higher education, I exclusively work with college students and emerging adults (individuals aged 18-29). I also help young professionals in their adjustment after graduation.

I became a therapist because:

I have a natural ability to help people feel comfortable to open up. I am deeply honored to hold space for people to feel heard, seen, heal, & grow.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer virtual therapy to individuals physically located in Michigan. This works extremely well for busy college students & young adults who travel.
