I prefer to do inner parts work to help people become aware of defense mechanisms and feel more in charge of their life. I can use spirituality and psychic skills in my sessions if the client agrees.

We will get to know you better at a deeper level and learn coping strategies to improve day to day functioning. Then we will do the deep dive and work on deep issues to create real shifts in your relationship with yourself.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I do only remote therapy through Zoom.

I can keep my personal spirituality out of sessions if someone prefers but I enjoy helping people use spiritual practices to heal themselves.
