I specialize in women's health and work with those experiencing adjustment concerns, anxiety, depression, or low self esteem. Having advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health I have experience supporting women throughout the journey of parenthood.
I became a therapist because:
I have a natural ability to help people feel comfortable opening up. Life is hard, so I want people to know they are not alone and there is hope.
