Something to know about my approach is:

I tend to give "homework" some sessions. Therapy is typically one hour per week meaning you have 167 hours outside of therapy. Giving clients tools and techniques to practice, can help them feel as if they are getting the most out of therapy.

Come up with realistic and attainable goals in order to create a life that you are happy with living. We will work through challenges that have caused issues in your daily life by creating a treatment plan that is uniquely catered towards you.

I became a therapist because:

I truly LOVE helping people and witnessing clients live their best life. It has become a passion that I didn't realize I would have.
