The most important thing to know about my approach is that I view my clients as dynamic individuals with complex stories. They may want to change part of that story. That is where I come in. I want to help you be the person you want to be.

Clients can discuss anything with me. There is no topic that I will shy away from. Whether it be through homework, honest conversation, or exploring things together, we will tackle any goals that you have.

Clients describe me as warm, but, honest. I value a direct approach that allows us to collaborate while accomplishing your goals.

I specialize in working with people who are ready for a little bit of work and are okay with kind honesty. The clients I work with are ready to make some changes, or figure things out about themselves, their environment, or their relationships.

I became a therapist to walk with people as they bettered their lives. I want to help people overcome the obstacles to being their happiest selves

I offer therapy entirely virtually. That way I can see anyone, anywhere in the state of Michigan. Distance doesn't need to hold us back.
