Something to know about my approach is:

I am trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR. I encourage clients to have honest self-reflection so that they can increase personal insight and self-awareness. I believe that healing and growth begins with self-awareness.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in helping people heal from childhood and adult trauma. I also do a lot of work with depression and anxiety as they are closely linked with PTSD. I work with ages 18+.

I became a therapist because:

I want to be able to utilize my past experiences and the wisdom and knowledge that I have gained to help others heal from their own trauma.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Both of my office locations have plenty of free parking for clients. My offices are both spacious with a calming atmosphere and a nice window view.
