Delve in to what your values, goals and priorities are. We will talk about what you’ve tried so far in managing your symptoms. We will process feelings related to depression, anxiety, stress or self esteem issues. We will celebrate all successes!

Are dealing with stress, depression and anxiety, conflict within your friendships, relationships, marriage or family, identity issues, a balance between work and home life, career challenges or addictions. I am open to working with everyone!

I have worked with a wide variety of clients in both community mental health and private settings and I find helping others with their mental and emotional needs very rewarding. I have a lot of experience treating anxiety and tactics to manage it.
