I am a great listener that likes to encourage digging deeper into the what's and why's that have caused trauma, anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I like to reflect on the biological, social and emotional states and how they can help heal.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I wanted to help people, to be the person that I needed when I went through difficult times, only for someone else.

I'm very flexible because I understand that life and logistics can be barriers to getting help that people want and need.
