Open-minded, patient, compassionate, empathetic but also challenging (of thoughts, self-perceptions, etc.)
My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative; I work from a client-centered/humanistic lens incorporating elements of psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.
Together we will explore your thoughts and emotions as well as your past, present, and future.
Are anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, experiencing low self-esteem/self-worth, and those who are going through difficult life transitions (e.g. starting college, getting married/divorced, moving, changing jobs/careers, etc.).
I wanted to understand myself and others better; and due to my own personal experiences with mental health concerns
I am a therapist at a group private practice located in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan. Although we have a physical location, I am fully remote due to my recent nomadic lifestyle (I currently reside in Michigan).
