Have experienced trauma in any form, with a special focus on medically complex families (cancer, chronic illness/pain, etc.), or those who are navigating religious challenges (deconstruction, ex-vangelical's, and navigating identity conflicts).

I realized how powerful of an impact could be made by promoting someone's mental and emotional wellness, literally impacting decades & generations.

I'm passionate about supporting individuals and couples at the intersection of trauma and relationships. I have experience working in the Oncology world as a Bone Marrow Transplant Social Worker and I have lived experience as a caregiver.
