I work with people who want to change emotional patterns that no longer help them. If you’re feeling stressed, stuck, or low on motivation, we can work together to build helpful tools, strengthen your ability to cope, and help you move forward with more clarity.

I wanted to offer others the kind of support that helps them move through painful feelings and memories with more understanding, self-compassion, and choice. It is an honor to walk alongside people as they learn to trust themselves and navigate life’s challenges.
