I specialize in working with people who:

Feel overwhelmed due to experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions including adolescence, parenthood, and divorce. I have extensive experience in working with those overcoming emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted others to feel less alone in their struggles. I believe we are capable of overcoming anything if we feel validated, supported, & understood.

Conveniently located about 1 mile from 35E/35W. My office is warm and inviting allowing clients to feel relaxed and comfortable.
