Carolyn Menger

I work primarily with adults and offer a trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy in Minneapolis and the surrounding Twin Cities area. I'm trained in EMDR therapy, which can be incredibly effective for clients healing from trauma, PTSD, or difficult life experiences. I am also trained in the Anchored Relational Therapy model.

Together, we will work to untangle what’s been weighing on you, gently process what your body and mind have been holding onto, and support lasting healing through connection and care.
