Depending on the reason for meeting, we'll work on thoughts or behaviors that get in your way. Develop skills to move forward. Ways to let go of the things of the past that are haunting you. And keep the courage to take the next step.

Often people will come feeling down, discouraged, perhaps hopeless with their situation. Most of the time, they leave with some hope.

I love working with couples on their relationship and parenting. Marriage and raising kids can be challenging, and often very discouraging. With 4 adult kids, I've seen plenty of difficulties. Let's navigate the minefield of parenting and marriage.
