I come from a multicultural background. I enter a counseling relationship with open mind, enthusiasm and hope for healing for whomever I work with.

I am very person-centered and goal oriented and exhibit genuine interest in people I work with. I focus attention on helping people reach their goal for therapy and use lots active and reflective listening each session.

You can expect that my attention will be always on you as we work together to reach your goals for seeking therapy. I am eclectic in my approach to counseling and use different techniques to help people reach their therapy goals.

I work with people presenting with different mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, stress, mood disorders, grief etc.

I have a passion for counseling because of my genuine interest in helping people reach their self-actualization.

I am friendly and enthusiastic about engaging in counseling. I connect with people at a personal level to build authentic rapport to support them.

I obtained my first Counseling license in 2016. I have a PhD in Psychology, and a Master of Science degree in Counseling. I enjoy outdoors activities as hobbies and play lots of soccer outside counseling work.
