I want to hear your story and perspective including your family history, pain points, values and goals. I take a systemic approach to understand your strengths and barriers. I weave in tools as we meet each session which flows organically.

We will identify how all the systems around you have influenced the way you move through the world. We will explore your relationship with yourself and others. We'll gently unpack wounded parts so they are not so present in your everyday life.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with ages 17 and up. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, body image issues, disordered eating, and those who grew up in dysfunctional systems.

I became a therapist because:

I have always wanted to work on a deep level with people and am honored to be a therapist. I love what I do and truly enjoy the work with my clients.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am located in downtown Northfield in a historic building. I offer evidence based therapy as well as cutting edge approaches.
