My approach to my work with clients is strengths based and client-centered. I do not have a one size fits all method to my work nor do I work to bandaid circumstances. I believe that therapy should help all clients reach their highest potential.

Helping clients find their flow is my main focus. I love to help people design and write their futures, even if that means it goes against the grain or defies what they were taught in their youth. Authenticity comes in all shapes and sizes!

I specialize in working with people who:

I enjoy working with adolescents of all kinds as I have an extensive history with this demographic on all levels of care. Additionally, I enjoy supporting the LGBTQA+ populations as well as those who are in non-traditional ENM structures.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy holding space and for everyone's journeys! We all have something unique to contribute to this world to enhance our society!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I currently work out of a home office in South Minneapolis. I enjoy the flexibility that comes with this and offer a cozy environment for clients!

More about me and my practice:

I began my practice with the aim to alleviate our flooded outpatient mental health system for non-traditional, artsy folks who didn't feel they had a place in the more mainstream settings for services. I offer treatment specific to client need.
