I currently have in-person daytime openings Tues - Thurs, and also offer virtual appointments.
My clients describe me as:
motivating, organizing, and encouraging.
Something to know about my approach is:
I apply skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an action-oriented approach to working with our thoughts and feelings. Our appointments together will be active and collaborative, with a clear sense of direction and purpose.
Together, we will:
build a tool kit of skills and strategies to help you continue to grow into the type of person you'd like to be, and work towards a life that feels meaningful and full of joy and purpose.
I specialize in working with people who:
are women with ADHD. I also help clients who may be feeling challenged by burn-out, lack of motivation, or stress. I understand the unique demands placed on working parents in particular, and help clients who feel overwhelmed trying to "do it all."
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
my calm and cozy office is conveniently located off Highway 100, with ample free parking in the building's parking lot. I also offer telehealth.
More about me and my practice:
If you are ready to get started, I invite you to schedule an appointment through my website. If you're not sure about starting therapy or want to talk things through first, please reach out and we can set up a free phone consultation.
