I am highly experienced with over 25 years of practice. I try to be the kind of therapist I would want to work with, someone who is genuinely engaged and open minded. Through active listening and encouragement, I enjoy providing guidance and hope.

Work on understanding themes and patterns in your life, roadblocks, challenges, and what may remain confusing. We will also identify your strengths and your life story.

I find it very meaningful to help clients improve their lives. Therapy is transformational. Added support helps people grow and thrive.

Feel stuck in some way, who have hit roadblocks or setbacks. We all will come to challenges in our lives where we need help getting back on our feet. Learning how to grieve, forgive, and regroup is meaningful and growthful for people.

I find people endlessly fascinating, and I have enjoyed seeing a greater openness to the opportunity therapy provides, and much less stigma about it.

I am not judgemental and I am committed to helping people feel welcome and accepted. I enjoy working with diverse populations and people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
