I am a naturopathic doctor and licensed professional counselor who offers a holistic and humanistic approach to therapy. My approach to counseling is also grounded in Person-Centered Theory, Individual Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioral Theory.

In session, I listen without judgment and act as an advocate and guide as we collaboratively come up with solutions to what is bothering you. I'll provide you with tools and philosophies to safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I specialize in working with people who:

are Millennial and Gen Z women struggling with issues such as a quarter-life crisis, understanding the meaning of life, or are struggling with depression, ADHD, anxiety, and/or life transitions.

I became a therapist because:

as a naturopathic doctor, I wanted to help patients heal from the "root cause". It became obvious to me that therapy was one of the best ways to help.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

it is an easily accessible and beautiful office. I also offer teletherapy which is convenient and preferred over in-person sessions by many clients.
