I also work as a professional actor in the Twin Cities (Chanhassen DT, Ordway, Latte Da, etc). I think my performance work makes me a better listener and communicator. I enjoy working with other artists!

I will work hard to make a REAL connection with you so that you feel safe to explore and grow. The most important part of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. From there, we can identify strengths and explore challenges.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I work in a quiet, private office with other wellness providers. We have access to a private walking trail and nature preserve for walking sessions!
