I believe in incorporating a person's strengths, values, and personal interests into sessions in order to personalize the therapeutic process. This brings intention and enjoyment to sessions in order to foster and emphasize strong relationships for self-directed growth.

Together, we will discuss emotional experiences, life stressors and difficulties, and experiences with those in the systems around you, building self-compassion and awareness, and ways to manage your concerns.

Someone who is dedicated to the individual and will create a space for them to explore their experiences in a way that promotes psychological safety.

I work with all ages with neurodivergence and neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, ASD, etc), anxiety, depression, trauma, severe and persistent mental health disorders, crisis concerns, adjustment challenges, family concerns, academic concerns, substance use difficulties, behavioral challenges, and coping with stressors that impact an individual's life.

I have experienced how far support from someone else can help a person when it comes to managing difficult life moments and concerns that arise. Whether that is due to big emotions, thoughts that are uncomfortable to experience, or behaviors that are difficult to navigate. That support and creation of psychological safety empowered me to want to do the same.

I strive to meet individuals where they are at and utilize evidence-based approaches in a way that can feel personable to the client. I also emphasize collaboration and empowerment, with the understanding that you are the expert of yourself.
