My approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and evidence-based practices, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work to identify and address barriers to growth, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience.

My clients describe me as compassionate, authentic, and funny. My younger clients describe me as youthful and fun, my older clients say I'm relatable.

Currently, I work with individuals, couples and families. I love working with children, adolescents, college-aged students, and middle-aged adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship and parenting issues.

I have had my own struggles in life. I know firsthand the importance of a strong connection with a therapist to learn to cope and move toward change.
