Yes experiences like grief, loss, and major life transitions often carry deep emotions that are rarely given permission to be seen, heard, or expressed. These emotions can feel heavy, isolating, or overwhelming, especially if we fear burdening others.

navigate the difficult conversations and painful moments that are often avoided. I provide a calm, safe, and nonjudgemental space where you can explore what you're carrying and express your emotions openly and authentically.

bringing a grounded presence with over 15 years of clinical expertise and a direct but compassionate approach. I do not believe in sugar-coating the hard stuff- we face it together. However life is impacting you right now, you don't have to go through it alone. I offer support, understanding and guidance as you move towards healing and personal growth.

are needing a space to process through the mix or complicated emotions that are brought to the surface during grief. Grief is a natural human experience that can present its self after a life event (death of a person, job change, divorce, chronic illness/diagnosis) and having a trusted individual to help you process what can't be fixed is what I do best.
