Monday- Thursday 9am-6pm
My clients describe me as:
Laid back, compassionate, and gentle when challenging.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am very collaborative and want my clients to feel empowered in their sessions. I only structure sessions as much as my clients need. I also use self-disclosure frequently when I think it will help normalize my clients' experiences.
Together, we will:
explore different parts of you that may be in conflict and how to have understanding and self-compassion. We can also find ways to push yourself and reach personal goals.
I specialize in working with people who:
are minorities including BIPOC and or LGBTQ+. In addition, I work with many adoptees and their families. Last, I work with professionals in animal industries like veterinarians and dog trainers along with pet owners experiencing PTSD or grief.
I became a therapist because:
of my own personal experiences growing up and wanting to be the kind of support I wish I had when I was younger.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
my certified therapy dog, Stella, works with me but is optional. Most clients love having her join their sessions.
