I am warm, friendly, and relational and work hard to create a space where you feel comfortable bringing up any topic that is important to you.

My work is guided by narrative, internal family systems, and person-centered approaches. I am also pursuing specialized training in sex therapy, and enjoy helping couples and individuals find sexual fulfillment.

Collaboratively define and work towards your goals and discover your strengths. I know that there are many layers and parts of you, and want to get to know you as a whole person in order to find the best treatment option for you.

I have special interest in working with the following: LGBTQIA2S+ folks, young adults, couples, families, non-traditional relationship structures, people who were adopted, those in the helping profession, those working through religious trauma.

I offer telehealth appointments for those located anywhere in the state of MN, and in office appointments in St. Paul. I have some evening openings.
