Caring, non-judgmental, funny, direct yet loving, and helpful. Many of my clients are referred by former clients.
Something to know about my approach is:
I work to tailor therapy to each client. My understanding of how change happens is rooted in attachment theory, developmental psychology, and neurobiology. Our body is as important as our mind! We can do talk therapy as well as explore other options.
Together, we will:
Address your presenting concerns, learn about trauma and how it impacts the body and the brain, rewire your brain's traumatic history, and find new ways to thrive in your environment.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are 13 to 113 years old. Most of my clients have childhood trauma and/or abuse. I see individuals, couples and families.
I became a therapist because:
I was naturally the person most people shared with and I wanted to learn how to best support others in their struggles.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
We can be at least 6 feet apart in our comfortable seats!
More about me and my practice:
I love being a therapist, but also just love being a human. We will laugh, joke around, cry, have a real human relationship. I am excited to hear from you!
