I aim to create a nonjudgemental and supportive space where we can process difficult emotions and occasionally have lighthearted moments as well.
I utilize a variety of different approaches to therapy because one approach is not going to be the right fit for each person. I often support clients in developing healthier thought patterns and behaviors through cognitive-behavioral techniques.
My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and trauma. I will also utilize an attachment lens to explore how past relationships affect current ones.
I work with people who are struggling with daily anxieties and sometimes needing to process childhood trauma. I support clients with navigating life transitions and stressors, as well as those wanting to work on the relationships in their life.
I believe that everyone deserves to be listened to and provided support. My goal is to hold space for you and help guide you through difficult times.
Our building is located in Highland Park area of Saint Paul right off of Ford Parkway. My office is cozy and has many fidget toys to use in session!
I love working with young adults and college students and have a lot of experience with this population. Transitioning into adulthood is challenging and I want to be here to support you through it!
