Dig deep to find the root causes of your distress and we will work collaboratively to achieve your goals. General areas of focus in my practice are trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, ADHD, relationship issues, and overwhelming life changes.

Have had painful experiences and continue to have ongoing feelings of guilt, shame, and fear. Sometimes the ways that we learn to keep ourselves safe just don't work in the same ways they used to. You deserve a safe place to be heard.
