Adults and Emerging Adults (17+) from all backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relational issues, overwhelming life transitions and adverse experiences. I also work with late-diagnosed and undiagnosed individuals w/ADHD.

Everyone deserves someone in their corner who listens with unconditional positive regard. I believe we all have an inherent need to feel seen and heard. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment that feels supportive and productive as we explore emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that may no longer serve you.
