I specialize in working with people who come from a dysfunctional family system that has created issues for them in their adult lives, especially in relationships. I also work a lot with people that have experienced trauma.

I became a therapist because I knew at a young age that I wanted to help people and coming from a very dysfunctional family system I understand a lot.

My passion is helping individuals heal from painful past learning that is causing distress and dysfunction in the here and now. I have experience helping people with a variety of struggles. My focus is on what you need and want, not my agenda.

I am centrally located off 394 and 494 very near the Twin Cities. There is ample parking and it is easy to get to.
