I don't away liken to just talk, I like incorporating activities in sessions. Sometimes its artistic, sometimes it is learning how to meditate or breathe. Sometimes the things I do may feel silly but I promise they work.

I enjoy helping people heal. Seeing the healing process unfold with a client is an amazing feeling that I cannot put into words.
