I specialize in working with people who:

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I'm pretty flexible. I have an office, but will also meet you online or I will meet you in a nearby park or nature area for outdoor therapy.
More about me and my practice:
I have experience working in the prison system with women and men and am happy to work with post incarceration clients. I also practice mindfulness based nature therapy.
