I work collaboratively with my clients. I will challenge the damaging and irrational beliefs/thoughts and further inquire to target your areas of need and growth. I use creative and sensory integrated techniques in sessions. Psychoeducation is used.

help you find healing and relief. We will work on the areas of focus that are most important to you. You are the expert of your life story. I am here to stand by you as you narrate, amend and turn the pages. Vulnerability is powerful!

those who have experienced trauma, BIPOC individuals & other minorities, adoptees, children of immigrants, generational trailblazers, parents looking for additional support with difficult behaviors & attachment, anxious and depressed individuals

I became a therapist because:

My early life experiences, particularly growing up in a family of immigrants, propelled a desire to hear all stories through emotional healing.
