Having spent years as a School Counselor, I have gained experience working with a wide variety of needs. Regardless of age, we all face problems of all shapes & sizes. I'll help you identify the problem, attached feelings, and best coping skills.

I specialize in working with people who:

My clients wanting to improve an area of their lives. Clients come to counseling with a presenting problem; we work to resolve that issue by looking at the whole self. My space is judgement free and yet one that'll challenge you in the best of ways.

I became a therapist because:

I chose counseling because I wanted to help. I've come to find by helping others, I'm in better alignment- have learned from my clients as well.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I live in NC but service residents of MO via telehealth. I believe in telehealth because of the access, ease & safety it provides.
