I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced relationship/attachment wounds, pet loss/grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Establishing a sense of safety is the most important step in healing from relational trauma, and therapy provides the space to do so.

I became a therapist because:

I believe two powerful things can happen in the context of a safe relationship: growth and healing; all it takes is finding the right-fit therapist!
